Dry carpet cleaning is the only system recommended by the Natural Flooring Company to clean Wool, Sisal, Seagrass, Coir & Jute. Natural floor coverings can be kept looking good just by carrying out your normal regular cleaning routine as you would with any other floor covering. It is advisable to use a suction only vacuum cleaner as other types can cause damage to the fibres of natural flooring products.

Upholstery cleaning

GreenClean do not use solvents or detergents in the dry upholstery cleaning process. Instead, we use a cleaning system called Aridex. This is a simple and fast method for deep cleaning your upholstered furniture, including leather. Furthermore, this cleaning process is a very thorough, low moisture system that enables us to have very fast drying times. In fact, it is normally dry by the time we leave!
Firstly, we thoroughly pre-vacuum to remove any loose dirt and dust. A misting of a safe water-based pre-spray is applied and agitated with a soft horse-hair brush. This enables us to effectually break down any surface grease and soiling.
Leather Cleaning:
Cleaning is an essential part of caring for your leather furniture. Not only does it remove dirt and oils (which can, over time, break down the leathers protective coating), but will also help to maintain the moisture balance in the leather. This is important for keeping the leather supple and makes it less likely to absorb spillages. Leather protection is also available.
Curtain and mattress steam cleaning in situ:
It is not always easy to take down curtains and take them to the dry cleaners. However, at GreenClean, we offer curtain steam cleaning in situ. Any size or material can be cleaned using our systems. Curtains are thoroughly vacuumed, then a light water based pre spray with a built in deodoriser is applied and then the curtains are steam cleaned at a heat of 212 – 230 f.
